 Directions: Take exit 12 from interstate to Williston Tafts Corner.  Follow RT 2A to Tafts Corner.  Take a right onto Rt 2 towards Williston village, continue on Rt 2 into the village.

8031 will be on your left side right across from the camera store. 

For first time patients , there will be a folder on one of the chairs in the waiting room with paperwork to fill out. As you come in first room to the right

Please arrive 10 to 15 min. early to your first appointment to leave time for paperwork, that way we have more time to talk and treat.
